Toolbench SMS Terms

1. Messages from Toolbench to you

If you give Toolbench your mobile number and check the SMS consent box (for example, at toolbench.com/scan), you agree to receive text messages from Toolbench about your scan results, your account, onboarding and setup, billing, and Toolbench offers. Some messages may be sent using automated technology.

• Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can use Toolbench without agreeing to receive texts.
• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• To stop, reply STOP (or END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, STOPALL) at any time. You will get one confirmation text and no further texts unless you opt in again.
• For help, reply HELP or email help@toolbench.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

2. Messages a Toolbench customer sends to you

Toolbench customers (trade businesses) use Toolbench to text their own leads and customers, for example a reply after a missed call, appointment confirmations, or job updates. Those messages are sent by that business, under its name, from a number registered to it. That business is responsible for getting your consent. The same STOP and HELP keywords work for these messages. Replying STOP opts you out of texts from that business's number on Toolbench.

3. Your privacy

Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, and consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share this information only with service providers (such as our messaging and carrier partners) as needed to deliver messages. See our Privacy Policy at toolbench.com/privacy.
