Use Toolbench in Claude or ChatGPT via MCP

Enable Settings → ChatGPT & Claude, paste the token into a custom MCP connector at https://app.toolbench.com/mcp, and ask in plain language — agents preview writes until you confirm.

Same tb_cus_ token; connect at /mcp, not REST.

Connect

The customer MCP server is at https://app.toolbench.com/mcp — not the REST base URL. Issue the same tb_cus_ token from Settings → ChatGPT & Claude.

What to ask

Start with: "What's on my plate today?" Agents read inbox pulses, callbacks, reviews, and billing — the same facts as the dashboard. Writes stay preview until you confirm in the agent.
